dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá zkušenostmi studentů učitelství s pedagogickými praxemi ve výuce výchovy ke zdraví. Cílem bylo analyzovat rozsah, načasování, organizaci a vnímanou spravedlnost systému praxí, a zhodnotit jejich reálný přínos pro profesní rozvoj studentů. Pomocí kombinace dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byly identifikovány klíčové nedostatky, jako je nízký počet náslechových hodin, nerovnosti v odborném vedení či omezené možnosti výuky v aprobaci. Práce přináší konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení systému praxí, inspirované i zahraničními modely, a zdůrazňuje význam systematické reflexe pro formování profesní identity budoucích učitelů. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podnět k reformě přípravy učitelů v českém vzdělávacím prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the experiences of student teachers with teaching practices in health education. Its aim was to analyze the scope, timing, organization, and perceived fairness of the practicum system, and to evaluate its real contribution to the professional development of students. Using a combination of questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews, key shortcomings were identified, such as a low number of observation hours, inequalities in professional guidance, and limited opportunities to teach within the student's subject specialization. The thesis offers concrete proposals for improving the practicum system, inspired also by international models, and emphasizes the importance of systematic reflection for the formation of future teachers' professional identity. The findings may serve as a basis for reforming teacher preparation in the Czech educational context.en
