| dc.description.abstract | Motivování zaměstnanců v organizaci je velmi důležitým a často diskutovaným tématem ve společnosti. Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o základních pojmech z oblasti motivování zaměstnanců, ke kterým patří motivace, potřeba, motivační program a vysvětluje základní motivační teorie. Podstatou bakalářské práce je zhodnotit faktory a nástroje motivování ve společnosti a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout možná řešení vedoucí ke zlepšení podmínek zaměstnanců v podniku. Následně tato opatření zhodnotit z hlediska přínosu pro společnost. | cs |

The theoretical part of the bachelor work deals with basic concepts of the motivation of employees, which include motivation, need, incentive program, explains the basic theories of motivation. The author of work also interprets the general terms from the sphere of agricultural cooperatives. The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate factors and tools of motivating at an organization and based on the information gathered to propose possible solutions improving conditions of its employees.
