dc.description.abstractDirigent hraje klíčovou roli při utváření zvuku sboru a dosahování stanovených cílů. Zkoumání specifik práce s dětským a studentským sborem také potvrzuje nutnost rozvíjení individuálního přístupu ke každému kolektivu.Druhá část teoretické práce umožňuje seznámit se se základními rysy programu sbormistrovství na Vyšší hudební škole v Alma-Atě a s formováním sborového oddělení na této škole. Praktická část představuje aplikaci metod popsaných v teoretické části při práci s Plzeňským akademickým sborem. Ověřuje účinnost použitých metod a přístupů v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe conductor plays a key role in shaping the sound of the choir and achieving the set goals. The examination of specific work with children's and student choirs also confirms the necessity of developing an individual approach to each collective. The second part of the theoretical work allows one to become acquainted with the basic features of the choir conducting program at the Higher School of Music in Alma-Ata and with the formation of the choir department at this school. The practical part presents the application of methods described in the theoretical part in working with the Pilsen Academic Choir. It verifies the effectiveness of the used methods and approaches in practice.en
