dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti personální politiky společnosti Škoda Transportation, a.s. V první části této práce je stručné představení společnosti. Další kapitola obsahuje strategická východiska firmy. Je zde uvedeno poslání, vize, strategické cíle a strategie firmy pro jejich zabezpečení. V následujícím úseku diplomové práce je uvedena analýza interního a externího prostředí, které ovlivňuje tato strategická východiska. V poslední části této kapitoly jsou rozepsány strategické cíle do jednotlivých úseků firmy. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována hodnocení personální politiky firmy. Zde jsou analyzovány personální procesy, stanoveny cíle pro zvýšení výkonnosti lidského kapitálu a uveden postup pro dosáhnutí těchto cílů včetně ekonomického efektu a zohlednění rizika. V závěru diplomové práce je shrnuta efektivnost personální politiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my diploma thesis is evaluation of enterprise's personnel policy effectiveness of the company Škoda Transportation, PLC. In the first part of the thesis is presented a short introduction of the Škoda Transportation, PLC. The next chapter pays attention to strategic basis of the company´s future existence. There is outlined the mission, vision, strategic targets and the strategy for reaching of these targets. In the third chapter is situated an analysis of the internal and external area of the company. The last part of this chapter contains targets of the all sections of the company, which were determined on the basis of the strategic targets. The fourth chapter of the thesis concentrates to evaluation of enterprise's personnel policy effectiveness. There is an analysis of the personnel processes and setting of the targets, which can make an increase in the productivity of the human capital. In the last part of the chapter there are suggested the steps for reaching these targets inclusive of economical impact and risk. In the final part of the thesis there is a conclusion of the enterprise's personnel policy effectiveness.en
