dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce představuje čtenáři profesi asistenta pedagoga. Jsou zde uvedeny kompetence, náplň práce, vývoj profese, pojem asistenta pedagoga ve světe a v České republice, vzdělávání asistentů, optimální metody spolupráce mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem a zároveň možné problémy. Výzkumná část se zabývá spoluprací mezi učitelem a asistentem. Výzkum proběhl ve třídách, kde je přítomen integrovaný žák, k němuž je přidělen asistent pedagoga. Pro kvalitativní šetření byly vybrány tyto metody: krátkodobé pozorování spolupráce, polostrukturovaný rozhovor s učitelem, poté s asistentem a krátká anketa pro žáky. Výsledky výzkumu nabízejí podněty pro další (kvantitativní) šetření. Práce může být návodem pro ideální spolupráci, ale také zmiňuje některé problémy, které se ve spolupráci mohou vyskytnout.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis presents teacher's assistant profession, it´s job description, competences, profession´s development, the teacher´s assistant term in the world and in the Czech Republic, education of teacher´s assistant and optimal methods of cooperation between teacher´s assistant and the teacher as well as the possible problems. The research took place in the classes, where integrated pupil and his teacher´s assistant is present. Short term observation, interview with the teacher, then with the teacher´s assistant and a short questionnaire for pupils were the methods used in the qualitative research. The results of the research offer initiative for other (quantitative) research. This thesis can be an instruction for ideal cooperation, but it also mentions some problems, which can appear during the collaboration.en
