| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Pivní kultura v Bavorsku a Čechách. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je vynalezení možné definice pojmu pivní kultura. Proto je zde nejprve popsán vznik, vývoj, definice a základní vlastnosti kultury, a to především z pohledu sociálních věd. Následují informace jak o vzniku pivní kultury obecně, tak o jejím vzniku na území Bavorska a Čech. Dále jsou zde stručně popsány nejznámější symboly bavorské pivní kultury jako Hofbräuhaus v Mnichově, Oktoberfest a pivní zahrady, a české pivní kultury jako pivovar Plzeňský Prazdroj, plzeňské pivo, pivní slavnosti a hospody. Praktickou část práce tvoří dotazníkové šetření. Jeho cílem je zjistit, jak vnímají Bavoři a Češi svou pivní kulturu, čím se na ní podílejí a jaké názory a povědomí mají o pivní kultuře svých sousedů, tedy Bavoři o české a Češi o bavorské pivní kultuře. S tím souvisí potvrzení nebo vyvrácení předem stanovených hypotéz. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor thesis is Beer culture in Bavaria and Bohemia. The main goal of theoretical part is the invention of possible definition of beer culture. That is why there is first described the origin, development, definitions and the basic characteristics of the culture, especially from the perspective of the social sciences. Following informations are not just about general origin of the beer culture, it is also about its origin in Bavaria and Bohemia. There are also briefly described the most famous symbols of bavarian beer culture as are Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Oktoberfest and beer gardens, and czech beer culture as are Pilsner Urquell Brewery, pils, beer celebrations and pubs. Practical part of thesis is made of survey. Its goal was the find out how the bavarians and the czechs perceive their beer culture, what they are doing for it and what they think and know about beer culture of their neighbors - the bavarians about czech, and the czechs about bavarian beer culture. This is related to confirm or disprove previously stated hypotheses. | en |
