| dc.description.abstract | Článek je nejen protestem proti negativnímu právnímu vývoji v exekučním právu, ale snaží se i hledat právní řešení toho zásadního problému. V úvodu se věnuje obecných východiskům k nákladům řízení a rozhodování o nich de lege lata. Samostatně analyzuje systematiku záloh na náklady řízení, která prošla posledními novelami exekučního řádu zásadními změnami. Závěr je věnovaný úvahám de lege ferenda k ekonomické udržitelnosti chodu exekutorských úřadů. | cs |

In the introduction, it deals with general approaches to the costs of the proceedings and decisions about them de lege lata. It independently analyzes the system of advances for legal costs, which underwent fundamental changes in the latest amendments to the Enforcement Code.
