| dc.description.abstract | Hlavní cíl této dizertační práce bylo zkoumání vlivu teploty (až do 1700°C) na strukturu a vlastnosti žíhaných vrstev Al-Ti-O a Si-Zr-O připravené pomocí reaktivního magnetronového naprašování. Poslední část této práce je zaměřena na zvýšení depoziční rychlosti kombinací procesů reaktivního naprašování a napařování z nataveného terče magnetronu. Tímto kombinovaným procesem byly připraveny velmi vysokou depoziční rychlostí (až 814 nm/min)transparentní amorfní SiO2 vrstvy s nízkým obsahem Zr. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this dissertation thesis was investigation of influence of temperature (up to 1700°C) on structure and mechanical properties of annealed of films Al-Ti-O and Si-Zr-O prepared by reactive magnetron sputtering. The last part of this dissertation thesis is high deposition rate-oriented by combination of process of reactive sputtering and evaporation from molten target.
