Abstract
Příspěvek si klade za cíl prozkoumat nejnovější trendy v oblasti zákazu diskriminace a rovného zacházení v pracovněprávních vztazích. Novinky do vnitrostátního právního řádu přicházejí jako již tradičně z Evropské unie. Je proto zajímavé sledovat, jaké cíle evropské nařízení sleduje a jak jsou předepsány ve vnitrostátním právu.
The contribution aims to examine the latest trends in the field of non-discrimination and equal treatment orders in employment relations. As is already traditional, news comes to national law from the European Union. It is therefore interesting to observe what goals the European regulation pursues and how these are prescribed in national law.
