dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nejvýznamnější problémy začínajících učitelů mateřských škol ve Středočeském kraji. Teoretická část objasňuje, kdo je to začínající učitel a jaká je jeho role v mateřské škole. Dále jsou popsány nástupní podmínky, potíže začínajících učitelů a možné způsoby podpory. Nadále jsou charakterizovány profesní, klíčové kompetence a způsoby, kterými je lze rozvíjet. Závěr teoretické části je věnován roli uvádějícího učitele a tím, jaký by měl mentor být. V rámci výzkumného šetření jsou vyhodnoceny dotazníky, které vyplnili začínající učitelé s praxí do tří let. Doplňující rozhovory s ředitelkami mateřských škol pomohly nahlédnout do toho, jaký systém podpory je ve školách zaveden a co by ředitelé uvítali. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení, která mohou usnadnit začínajícím učitelům nástup do praxe a pomoci tak vedení škol podpořit nové učitele.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the most eminent problems of beginning teachers of kindergartens in the Central Bohemian Region. The theoretical part clarifies who a beginner teacher is and what their role is in kindergartens. Then follows a description of conditions of work commencement, a list of difficulties that beginner teachers face and various ways of support system. Further on, key and professional competencies are characterized and ways in which they can be further developed. The end of the thesis deals with the role of a teacher mentor and their characteristics. Within the bounds of our research enquiry, we provide assessment of questionnaires which were filled in by beginner teachers with teaching experience ranging up from none to three years. Follow-up interviews with kindergarten headmasters helped to gain insight into what types of support systems are implemented at those kindergartens and what improvements would be welcomed by the headmasters. The final part of the thesis includes recommendations which can help beginner teachers to make their start of their teaching career easier and thus help the kindergarten management in their support of the teachers.	en
