dc.description.abstractHlavní téma této práce je management znalostí. Vytvořena byla za účelem zhodnocení tohoto procesu v českých firmách a následném zjištění, zdali sdílení znalostí přináší do organizace významné přínosy. K řešení problematiky bylo v praktické části využito online dotazníkové šetření. To se opírá o zpracovanou teorii v první polovině práce. Dotazník byl rozeslán mezi vybraný vzorek firem v Plzeňském kraji. Výstupem bakalářské práce byla data o českých firmách, která přiblížila situaci v tomto státě, a zodpověděla otázku, zdali je management znalostí přínosný. Jako poslední byl zpracován návrh, který vychází ze získaných dat. Ten slouží především jako podnět k zavedení managementu znalostí a k odstranění jeho nedostatků. Jeho hlavním cílem je rozvíjet znalostní management v organizacích po celé České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the Knowledge management. It was created to assess its processes in Czech companies and to find out whether sharing knowledge brings the desired benefits for the organizations. A questionnaire was used in the practical survey. It is based on theory, which is in first part of the thesis. The questionnaire was sent to a larger number of companies in the Pilsen region. The output of the survey is a robust data outlining the situation and benefits of the Knowledge management in the country. To conclude the thesis, I have created a proposal, which comes from the above data source and serves as an incentive for implementation of the Knowledge management as well as eliminating its potential weak points. The main objective of the proposal is the development of the Knowledge management in organizations all over the Czech Republic.en
