| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá produktovou inovací, konkrétně návrhem uživatelského rozhraní (UX) mobilní aplikace Settle Up. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V první části práce je zpracována teorie zabývající se produktovými inovacemi, uživatelským zážitkem a jednotlivými fázemi procesu Design Thinking. V praktické části jsou využity metody pro zjištění současného stavu mobilní aplikace v podobě uživatelského testování. Pro hlubší poznání uživatele jsou pak využity uživatelské rozhovory. Zjištěné poznatky jsou následně zpracovány a je představen interaktivní prototyp, který je znovu otestován na respondentech za účelem ověření jeho použitelnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty a porovnány výsledky z těchto dvou kol testování a jsou navrhnuta doporučení společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis focuses on product innovation, specifically the design of the user interface (UX) for the mobile application Settle Up. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part explores the theory related to product innovation, user experience, and the individual phases of the Design Thinking process. In the practical part, methods such as usability testing are applied to assess the current state of the mobile application. To gain deeper insights into user needs, user interviews are conducted. The findings are then analyzed, and an interactive prototype is developed and subsequently tested with respondents to validate its usability. The conclusion summarizes and compares the results from both rounds of testing and provides recommendations for the company. | en |
