dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezi odlišnými generačními skupinami. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku generačních rozdílů a jejích potřeb. Cílem práce je analýza, posouzení a následný návrh na co nejefektivnější formu komunikace ve společnosti. V první části práce jsou objasněny vlivy, které se vztahují k problematice určitých mezigeneračních skupin. Tyto informace a poznatky jsou dále uplatněny v části praktické. Následný výzkum je vytvořen z odpovědí 100 respondentů. Mezi nimi jsou zaměstnanci společnosti ČESKÁ DOPRAVA s.r.o., obchodní partneři a zákazníci společnosti. Formou dotazníkového šetření se zde zjišťuje, zda je komunikace napříč generacemi dostatečná, či nikoliv. Pomocí těchto výsledků je určen stav kvality komunikace a následný návrh na zefektivnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with issues between different generational groups. It focuses on the characteristics of generational differences and the needs of each generation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse, assess and then propose the most effective form of communication in society. In the first part of the thesis, the influences that relate to the issue of certain intergenerational groups are explained. This information and knowledge is further applied in the practical part. A follow-up survey is created from the responses of 100 respondents. Among them are employees of ČESKÁ DOPRAVA s.r.o., business partners and customers of the company. A questionnaire survey is used to determine whether communication across generations is sufficient. Using these results, the status of the quality of communication is determined and a subsequent proposal for improvement is made.en
