| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na vinařství ve Francii. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce je popsán vývoj francouzského vinařství od dávné historie až po současnost, dále jsou zde detailně popsány vinařské oblasti z hlediska geografické polohy, typů půd, podnebních podmínek či odrůd typických pro daný region. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá ekonomickou stránkou vinařského sektoru ve Francii, ale i v České Republice, a jsou zde zmíněny hlavně áktuální informace a číselné údaje týkající se vývozu, dovozu či objemu výroby. Součástí práce je také tematický slovník, kde jsou definovány i přeloženy jednotlivé vinařské výrazy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on viticulture in France. The individual chapters of the thesis describe the development of French viticulture from ancient history to the present, also detailed descriptions of the wine-growing regions in terms of geographic location, soil types, climate conditions or varieties typical for individual region. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the economic aspect of the viticultural sector in France as well as with the Czech Republic, and there are mentioned mainly the information and figures relating to export, import or volume of production. A part of the thesis is also a thematic dictionary, where individual viticultural expressions are defined and translated. | en |
