dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaobírá zmírněním odlivu generace Z z Karlovarského kraje prostřednictvím marketingové komunikace. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat současnou situaci v regionu kombinací teoretického úvodu do problematiky a vlastního výzkumu zjistit příčinu neefektivity aktuálně využívané komunikace a navrhnout případnou nápravu. Výstupem práce jsou zpracovaná data z dotazníkového šetření a doporučení pro vedení efektivní marketingové komunikace orientované na generaci Z. Výstupy z práce jsou využitelné při uplatňování strategických dokumentů Karlovarského kraje a tvorbě cíleného krajského marketingu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis is preoccupied with mitigating the outflow of Generation Z from the Karlovy Vary Region through marketing communication. The main objective is to analyze the current situation in the region by combining theoretical introduction to the issue and self-research to determine the cause of the inefficiency of the currently used communication and to propose a possible remedy. The output of the work are processed data from the questionnaire survey and recommendations for conducting effective generation Z marketing communications. The outputs from the work are usable in the application of strategic documents of the Karlovy Vary Region and the creation of targeted regional marketing.en
