dc.description.abstractVáclav působil v čele hudebního kůru děkanského kostela Narození Panny Marie v Klatovech v letech 1785-1795. Na základě pramenů bylo specifikováno Pavlasovo rodinné zázemí, spektrum jeho hudebních a organizačních povinností v rámci působení ve farním a zároveň poutním kostele i v souvislosti s hudebními fundacemi. Pavlas spolupracoval s farními i městskými hudebníky, na výchovu mu byli svěřeni farní vokalisté, talentovaní mladí zpěváci z řad farní školy. Pěvec Pavlas velmi dbal o jejich hlasové školení. Pavlas, sám absolvent zdejšího jezuitského gymnázia, po deseti letech odchází za Janem Antoníne Koželuhem do pražské katedrály, kde působí až do konce života. Výzkum Pavlasova zejména klatovského působení byl umožněn díky širokému spektru pramenů klatovské, ale i pražské provenience (městské knihy, kostelní účty, Pavlasovy hudební opisy apod.).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedVáclav led the musical choir of the dean's church of Nativity of the Virgin Mary in Klatovy in the years 1785-1795. On the basis of the sources, Pavlas' family background, the spectrum of his musical and organizational duties within the framework of his work in the parish and at the same time pilgrimage church and in connection with music foundations were specified. Pavlas collaborated with parish and city musicians, parish vocalists and talented young singers from the parish school were entrusted with his training. Singer Pavlas took great care of their vocal training. Pavlas, himself a graduate of the local Jesuit high school, after ten years left to join Jan Antonín Koželuh in the Prague Cathedral, where he worked until the end of his life. The research of Pavlas, especially his work in Klato, was made possible thanks to a wide range of sources from Klato, as well as from Prague (town books, church accounts, Pavlas' musical descriptions, etc.).en
