dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o činnosti průvodců, náplně jejich práce, osobnosti a rolích průvodců. Cílem práce je zjistit vnímání průvodcovské činnosti z řad lidí široké veřejnosti, a i samotných průvodců. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá definicí průvodcovské činnosti, její klasifikací, rolemi a osobností průvodců cestovního ruchu. Praktická část je tvořena rozborem dvou dotazníků, kdy jeden dotazník byl připraven pro respondenty z široké veřejnosti a druhý dotazník byl připraven pro samotné průvodce. Veřejnost tímto hodnotila vystupování průvodce, sdělovala názory na tuto profesi a její budoucnost. Průvodci se zase vyjadřovali, co je na jejich práci baví, co je náročné a jak řeší problémové účastníky cestovního ruchu. Z výsledků jsou poté vyhledány problémy, pro které jsou vytvořeny návrhy na potencionální zlepšení, které mohou zlepšit kvalitu průvodcovských služeb a jejich budoucnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the activities of guides, the content of their work, personalities and roles of guides. The aim of the work is to find out the perception of guide activities by people from the general public, as well as the guides themselves. The theoretical part of this work deals with the definition of guide activities, its classification, roles and personalities of tourism guides. The practical part consists of an analysis of two questionnaires, where one questionnaire was prepared for respondents from the general public and the second questionnaire was prepared for the guides. The public evaluated the performance of the guide, communicated their views on this profession and its future. The guides commented on what they enjoy about their work, what is difficult and how they solve problem participants in tourism. The results search for problems, for which are made suggestions of potential improvements, which could improve the quality of guide services and their future.en
