| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá styly vedení a jejich uplatněním ve společnosti CHODOS CHODOV s.r.o. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké styly vedoucí pracovníci používají ve výrobních odděleních a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout doporučení. Pro výzkum bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření mezi mistry a jejich podřízenými. Analýza shromážděných dat vycházela ze situačního modelu Herseyho a Blancharda, neboť současné poznatky o leadershipu zdůrazňují nutnost přizpůsobit styl vedení situaci, týmu a schopnostem podřízených. Výsledky ukázaly, že jednotlivá oddělení uplatňují různé styly vedení. Nejlépe hodnoceny byly podpůrné přístupy, zatímco direktivní styl byl vnímán smíšeně. Na základě zjištění byla navržena doporučení ke zlepšení vedení, zejména větší důraz na zapojení a podporu zaměstnanců. Výsledky mohou firmě sloužit jako podklad pro úpravy ve stylu řízení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on leadership styles and their application in CHODOS CHODOV s.r.o. The goal was to find out what leadership styles are used by the production departments and to propose recommendations based on the findings. A survey questionnaire was chosen for the research among foremen and their subordinates. The analysis of the collected data was based on Hersey and Blanchard's situational model, as the current knowledge on leadership emphasizes the need to adapt the leadership style to the situation, the team and the subordinates' abilities. The results showed that different departments apply different leadership styles. Supportive approaches were the most highly rated, while directive styles were perceived to be mixed. Based on the findings, recommendations were made to improve leadership, particularly a greater emphasis on employee engagement and support. The results can serve as a basis for the company to make adjustments in leadership style. | en |
