dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce "Projekty Evropského sociálního fondu realizované na Krajské pobočce Úřadu práce v Příbrami" je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretickou část jsem rozvedla v 5 kapitolách. První kapitola se zabývá Zákonem o zaměstnanosti č.435/2004 Sb. a jeho novelou, která se stala platným právním předpisem od 1. 1. 2012 a nabývá účinnosti od 1. 4. 2012. V druhé kapitole je definována aktivní politika zaměstnanosti, která je klíčový pojmem souvisejícím s Evropským sociálním fondem. Třetí kapitola má za úkol objasnit pojem nezaměstnanost a poukázat na její strukturu, typy a důsledky. Ve čtvrté části je popsán trh práce, jeho vývoj, segmentace a ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce. V závěrečné kapitole teoretické části se zabývám Evropským sociálním fondem. Je zde charakterizován Evropský sociální fond, jeho vývoj a základní operační programy realizované v období 2007-2013. V této kapitole jsou také shrnuty projekty Evropského sociálního fondu realizované na Krajské pobočce Úřadu práce v Příbrami. Praktická část navazuje na získané poznatky uvedené v teoretické části. Pro výzkum jsem si vybrala projekt Praxe je začátek. Hlavním výzkumným cílem práce je zjistit efektivitu projektu Praxe je začátek z pohledu Úřadu práce České republiky, Krajské pobočky v Příbrami pomocí rozboru a studie dokumentů vydaných Úřadem práce České republiky. Dále jsem se zajímala o to, jak absolventi projektu Praxe je začátek nahlíží na svoji účast v projektu. Tyto informace jsem získávala pomocí metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Praktická část obsahuje metodologii výzkumu, vlastní výzkum, výsledky výzkumného šetření a jejich shrnutí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy dissertation is on European Social Fund projects realized at Regional branch of labor office in Příbram and it is divided into two parts. I expanded the theoretical part upon five chapters. The first chapter deals with Act on Unemployment nr.435/2004 Coll. and its amendment, which became existing legislation on 1.1.2012 and becomes effective on 1.4.2012. In the second chapter is defined active employment policy, which is keyword associated with European Social Fund. The third chapter should clarify the concept of unemployment and point to its structure, types and consequences. In the fourth part, there is described the labor market, its development, segmentation and vulnerable groups on the labor market. In the last theoretical chapter I deal with European Social Fund. I characterized it, its development, and its projects that had been and will be realized during 2007-2013 and also projects that had realized the Region branch of labor office in Příbram. The practical part follows the obtained knowledge written in the theoretical part. For the research I chose the project Practice is just the beginning. The main goal of the research is to find the efficiency of the project Practice is just the beginning from the perspective of the Labor office of the Czech Republic, and the Regional branch of labor office in Příbram through analyses and study documents issued by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. I was also interested in how graduates of the project Practice is just the beginning looking at their participation in the project. These information I got using the method of semi-structured interview. The practical part includes the methodology, results of the investigation and its summary.en
