dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na formulaci střednědobého strategického plánu pro vybraný podnikatelský subjekt SOFO Group a.s. a jeho implementaci do společnosti. V úvodu je popsána společnost SOFO Group a.s. a jsou uvedeny podstatné informace pro definování strategických východisek tj. poslání, vize a střednědobé strategické cíle podniku. Následně je popsána uplatňovaná strategie pro naplnění cílů. Důležitou součástí je analýza prostředí, kde jsou zjištěny silné a slabé stránky společnosti, hrozby a příležitosti, které podnikatelský subjekt ovlivňují. K určení optimální strategie je provedena strategická analýza. Pro implementaci strategie je následně důležité stanovit krátkodobé cíle v jednotlivých letech střednědobého období a vymezit parametry výkonnosti. Nedílnou součástí je vytvoření finančního plánu, který tvoří účetní výkazy: rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty a plánované cash-flow. Navazující kapitolou je analýza rizik, kde jsou zjištěny klíčové faktory rizika a definovány strategické scénáře vývoje prostředí. Předposlední kapitola se týká samotné implementace strategie. V závěru práce jsou pak navrženy regulační rozmezí parametrů pro controlling.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted diploma thesis is focused on the creating of a medium-term strategic plan for the selected business entity SOFO Group a.s. and its implementation to the company. In the Introduction part of this thesis, there is a description of the SOFO Group a.s. with a list of relevant pieces of information to help us define the strategy of the company, i.e. its mission, vision and medium-term strategic objectives. The application of strategies for achieving the objectives is also included. The important part of thesis is the analysis of environment and identification of strengths and weaknesses of the company and also the threats and opportunities, which have impact on the business entity. A strategic analysis is used to determine the optimal strategy. For the implementation of the strategy, it is important to set short-term objectives for every year within the medium term and to define the performance parameters. An important part of the thesis is the creation of the financial plan that consists of financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss and cash-flow planning. The following chapter is a risk analysis, which includes the identification of the key risk factors and the definition of the strategic scenario of developing environment. The penultimate chapter is related to the implementation of the strategy. In the conclusion, there is a suggested regulatory range of parameters used for controlling.en
