dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá dodržováním zásad psychohygieny studenty vysokých škol. Rozdělena je do dvou částí teoretické a praktické. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje pojmu zdraví. Následující kapitola vymezuje pojem psychohygiena. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje kapitola, která je zaměřena na oblast stresu, který ovlivňuje mentální zdraví člověka. V další kapitole je pozornost soustředěna na aktivní ochranu duševního zdraví (zdravý životní styl a životosprávu). V další kapitole jsou charakterizována vývojová období, do kterých studenti vysokých škol většinou spadají. Teoretická část je zakončena kapitolou přibližující obyvatele Tchaj-wanu, kteří byli druhou zkoumanou skupinou. Druhá část je praktická. Zabývá se vlastním výzkumem. Pro lepší přehlednost jsou zjištěná fakta uvedena a porovnána v tabulkách a graficky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Diploma Thesis is concentrated on the psychohygienic aspects of life of students. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The first chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to the definition of health. In the second chapter the concept of psychohygiene is explained. The third chapter is focused on the area of stress, which is one of the factors endangering human health.The fourth chapter is concentrated on the active protection of mental health. Gradually, the rules that should be observed in lifestyle are introduced there. In the fifth chapter the period of late adolescence and early adulthood which influence college students are described. In the sixth chapter, the inhabitants of Taiwan, who formed the second group surveyed, are characterized. The practical part deals with research. For better clarity, the facts found were listed and compared in tables and graphically.en
