| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití moderních technologií v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce je analyzovat využívání moderních technologií pro oblast cestovního ruchu. Identifikovat jaké výhody a nevýhody moderní technologie poskytují uživatelům. Pro splnění cíle bylo využito dotazníkového šetření formou elektronického formuláře, kdy bylo osloveno 119 respondentů. S cílem zjistit informace i z pohledu poskytovatelů služeb, byly provedeny dva rozhovory významných podniků působících v cestovním ruchu v Plzni. V první kapitole je charakterizován cestovní ruch, služby cestovního ruchu a podniky cestovního ruchu. Další kapitoly se věnují samotným moderním technologiím a aplikacím používaných v cestovním ruchu, které přímo souvisí se zmíněnou problematikou. Závěr práce se věnuje praktické části problematiky moderních technologií a využívání aplikací pro cestovní ruch. V praktické části je zpracován projekt pro mobilní aplikaci plzeňského pivovaru. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the use of modern technologies in the field of tourism. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the use of modern technologies in the field of tourism. Identify what advantages and disadvantages of modern technology provide to users. To fulfill the objective, a questionnaire survey was used in the form of an electronic form, when 119 respondents were addressed. In order to find out the information also from the perspective of service providers, two interviews were carried out with important companies operating in the tourism industry in Pilsen. The first chapter is characterized by tourism, tourism services and tourism enterprises. The other chapters deal with the modern technologies and applications used in tourism, which are directly related to the mentioned issues. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the practical part of the issue of modern technologies and the use of applications for tourism. In the practical part there is a project for the mobile application of the Pilsen brewery. | en |
