dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na reorganizaci managementu malého podniku na agilní řízení. Toto téma je řešeno z důvodu strategického rozhodnutí vedení společnosti. Obsahuje popis tradičního a agilního přístupu s jejich výhodami a nevýhodami s důrazem na jejich rozdíly. Největší pozornost je věnována metodice Scrum. Součástí práce je popis vybraného podniku, jeho organizační struktury a stylu řízení. Na základě těchto informací je navržena nová organizační struktura odpovídající metodice Scrum. Hlavním výstupem práce je návrh organizační struktury společně s možnostmi pro realizaci reorganizace. Diplomová práce může sloužit jako inspirace pro jiné malé podniky, které se potýkají s podobným rozhodnutím reorganizovat část podniku na agilní řízení s využitím metodiky Scrum. Práce poskytuje základ pro reálnou implementaci změn v organizační struktuře, které mohou být poté popsány a zhodnoceny přímo v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the reorganization of the management of a small enterprise to agile management. This topic is addressed due to the strategic decision of the company's management. It includes a description of the traditional and agile approaches with their advantages and disadvantages with emphasis on their differences. Most attention is given to the Scrum methodology. The work includes a description of the selected company, its organizational structure and management style. On the basis of this information a new organizational structure is proposed, corresponding to the Scrum methodology. The main output of the thesis is the proposal of the organizational structure together with options for the implementation of the reorganization. The thesis can serve as an inspiration for other small enterprises that are faced with a similar decision to reorganize part of the enterprise to agile management using the Scrum methodology. The thesis provides a basis for the real implementation of changes in the organizational structure, which can then be described and evaluated directly in practice.en
