dc.description.abstractCílem předkládané diplomové práce bylo navrhnout systém měření výkonnosti pro podnik IPS Services, s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretické poznatky související s výkonností podniku a popis procesu měření výkonnosti, sloužící později jako návod pro praktickou část měření výkonnosti v podniku. Následně je představena lakovna IPS Services, s.r.o., pro kterou byla výkonnost měřena. V první kapitole praktické části je měřena výkonnost podniku pomocí současného systému, kde jsou nejprve shrnuty vstupní informace pro měření a následně je měřena výkonnost pomocí ukazatelů, které podnik nepřímo využívá. Na základě zhodnocení současného systému a situace podniku je navržen nový systém měření výkonnosti pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. V rámci návrhu BSC jsou definovány strategické cíle, pomocí kterých je vytvořena strategická mapa. Následně jsou dlouhodobé cíle převedeny do krátkodobých cílů a poté jsou uvedeny strategické akce, společně se strategickou mapou. Návrh nového systému obsahuje i plán implementace BSC. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je zhodnocen navržený systém měření výkonnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this master thesis was to design a performance measurement system for the company IPS Services, s.r.o. The theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge related to performance of the company and a description of the performance measurement process, which later serves as a guide for the practical part of performance measurement in the company. Subsequently, the paint shop IPS Services, s.r.o., for which the performance was measured, is introduced. In the first chapter of the practical part, the performance of the company is measured using the current system, where the input information for the measurement is first summarized and then the performance is measured using indicators that the company uses indirectly. Based on the evaluation of the current system and situation of the company, a new performance measurement system is designed using the Balanced Scorecard method. Within the framework of the BSC design, strategic objectives are defined, which are used to create a strategy map. Subsequently, the long-term goals are converted into short-term goals and then strategic actions are presented along with the strategy map. The design of the new system includes a plan for the implementation of the BSC. In the final part of the master thesis, the designed performance measurement system is evaluated.en
