dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje propojení mezi osobnostní typologií manažerů a týmovými rolemi, které tito jednotlivci zastávají v rámci pracovního kolektivu ve finančně poradenské společnosti. V teoretické části jsou představeny klíčové motivační teorie, přístupy k vedení lidí a význam osobnostních předpokladů v týmové spolupráci. Praktická část je postavena na aplikaci testu GPOP (zaměřeného na typologii osobnosti) a Belbinova testu týmových rolí. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda existuje souvislost mezi typem osobnosti manažera a preferovanou týmovou rolí. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly výrazné tendence, například manažeři s typem ENTJ často inklinují k roli realizátora, zatímco ISFJ tíhnou k roli koordinátora či usměrňovače. Na základě zjištění jsou v závěru formulována praktická doporučení pro efektivní sestavování týmů. Práce přináší nový pohled na možnosti rozvoje týmové efektivity skrze porozumění osobnostnímu profilu jednotlivce a zdůrazňuje význam vědomého řízení týmové dynamiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the connection between managers' personality typologies and team roles, which these individuals assume within the work collective of a financial advisory company. The theoretical part presents key motivational theories, leadership approaches, and the importance of personality predispositions in team collaboration. The practical part is based on the application of the GPOP test (focused on personality typology) and the Belbin team roles test. The aim was to determine whether there is a relationship between the manager's personality type and their preferred team role. The research results showed significant tendencies for example, managers with the ENTJ type often gravitate towards the role of Implementer, while ISFJ types lean toward the roles of Coordinator or Shaper. Based on these findings, practical recommendations for effective team composition are formulated in the conclusion. The thesis offers a new perspective on enhancing team effectiveness through understanding individual personality profiles and highlights the importance of conscious team dynamics management.en
