dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je implementace strategického programu společnosti. V práci se prolíná teoretická část s praktickou částí v logických souvislostech. Na začátku práce je představena společnost Mubea spol. s r.o., jejímž hlavním předmětem podnikání je montáž a prodej součástek pro automobilový průmysl. V následující části je uveden strategický záměr společnosti. Ten obsahuje strategická východiska, dlouhodobé cíle, strategii dosažení cílů a analýzu prostředí. Poté jsou z dlouhodobých cílů vyvozeny cíle krátkodobé. Dále jsou vytvořeny strategické plány, které respektují stanovené výkonností cíle. Na základě analýzy rizik je zpracována analýza citlivosti a jsou zpracovány scénáře. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny organizační postupy podporující implementaci plánu a jsou navrženy základní parametry pro controlling strategického plánu organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this diploma thesis is the implementation of the company's strategic program. The theoretical part is with the practical part in the logical context. At the beginning of the work is introduced Mubea spol. s r.o., whose main business is the assembly and sale of parts for the automotive industry. The following section is shown the company's strategic plan. It includes strategic starting points, long-term goals, a strategy for achieving goals, and environmental analysis. Then short-term goals are derived from long-term goals. Additionally, strategic plans are created that respect the target performance. Based on the risk analysis, the sensitivity analysis is processed and the scenarios are processed. At the end of the thesis are defined the organizational procedures supporting the implementation of the plan and the basic parameters for controlling the strategic plan of the organization are proposed.en
