dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem náboru a využíváním moderních náborových trendů ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je teoreticky zpracovat problematiku náboru nových zaměstnanců, analyzovat konkrétní náborový proces ve firmě a navrhnout doporučení pro jeho optimalizaci. Teoretická část práce se věnuje řízení lidských zdrojů, definici a fázím náboru, tradičním i moderním metodám získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, včetně využití e-recruitmentu, sociálních sítí, umělé inteligence a gamifikace. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu náborového procesu ve vybrané společnosti, zahrnuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a navrhuje konkrétní doporučení ke zlepšení. Výsledky ukazují na důležitost modernizace náborových technik a větší orientaci na digitální nástroje pro zvýšení efektivity výběrového řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the recruitment process and the use of modern recruitment trends in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to theoretically examine the issue of recruiting new employees, analyze the specific recruitment process within the company, and propose recommendations for its optimization. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with human resource management, the definition and phases of recruitment, traditional and modern methods of attracting and selecting employees, including the use of e-recruitment, social media, artificial intelligence, and gamification. The practical part focuses on describing and analyzing the recruitment process in the selected company, includes the evaluation of a questionnaire survey among employees, and provides specific recommendations for improvement. The results highlight the importance of modernizing recruitment techniques and a stronger focus on digital tools to increase the efficiency of the hiring process.en
