dc.description.abstract-translatedThe paper deals with the implementation of the MSD – Matrix of Sustainable Development in manufacturing company, producing the measuring and control equipment. Primarily the authors started from internal project solutions that significantly change the perception of technical and economic parameters of managers of enterprises, especially in engineering. MSD is a complex matrix functionality of the product with a long life cycle, i.e. The relational matrix = matrix of relationships (dependencies) between the different quality factors and social requirements (or. customer requirements), which uses the principle of matrix diagrams. The essential feature of the current management of sustainable development is to focus on the concept of going beyond purely economic solutions. We can talk about a paradigm shift, i.e. the transition from a holistic vision of product engineering to the concept of ecological (in the broad sense). This is one of the major reasons why the proposed model is used as the MSD tool that enables both the intensity of the relationships between the many progressively exposed and defined significant factors, but also to quantify the binding of these relationships holistic principle in the planning process and gradual improvement of the existing overall usefulness of the product LLC - Long Life cycle (product with a long life cycle). MSD method is an important tool of communication and its success is determined by the teamwork of staff both from various specialist departments, but also the fields of human activity, involved in all phases of the product life. For specific application can modify the structure of expert teams assigned. The essence of this paper is to outline the integration aspect of the implementation of the matrix model.en
