dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na předání firmy Starožitnosti Tomáš Rozhoň na následující generaci. Část praktická a teoretická je v celé práci propojena. Začátek je věnován teoretickému úvodu týkající se definování rodinných firem, jejich vývoj a typy. Dále je práce soustředěna na historii a důkladný rozbor podniku s využitím SWOT analýzy, analýzy vnějšího prostředí s uvedením výsledku hospodaření podniku v posledních letech. Praktická část popisuje průběh předání podniku na dceru zakladatele Tomáše Rozhoně, ekonomické důsledky a výzvy předání. V poslední části práce jsou definována rizika spojená s předáním a doporučení, jak se těmto rizikům vyhnout, aby předání bylo úspěšné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present bachelor thesis is focused on the transfer of the company Antiques Tomas Rozhon to the next generation. This thesis is divided into the practical and the theoretical part. Both parts are interconnected through the whole thesis. The initial part of the thesis deals with the theoretical introduction related to the defining of family business, its development and its types. The following part of the thesis is concerned to: history and detailed analysis of the company where SWOT analysis has been used, analysis of external environment including the introduction of economic results of the company that have been reached last few years. The practical part of the thesis contains a development of the company transfer to the founder´s daughter, Tomas Rozhon. It includes economic consequences and challenges of the transfer. The final part of thesis treats the definition of risks related to the transfer and the proposal how to avoid these risks in order to the transfer could be successfully done.en
