dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o analýze a následné optimalizaci vybraných podnikových procesů. Na začátku práce je představena vybraná společnost a její strategická východiska. Poté se práce věnuje deskripci teoretických východisek procesního řízení a procesů v obecné rovině. Následně jsou popsány postup a metodika mapování stávajícího stavu organizace metodikou ARIS profesora Scheera. Na definování postupu a metodiky navazuje praktické zpracování modelů v softwaru Aris Architect, které slouží k popisu stávajícího stavu vybraného subjektu. Zmapovaný stav organizace je analyzován s využitím modelu PEMM, který je poté vyhodnocen. V závěru jsou vyvozena doporučení pro vybranou organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the analysis and subsequent optimization of selected business processes. At the beginning of the thesis the selected company and its strategic bases are presented. After that, the thesis is focused on description of the theoretical background of process management and processes in general. Then the procedure and methodology of mapping the current state of organization by Professor ARIS Scheer is described. The practical processing of models in Aris Software Architect is based on defined procedure and methodology. Software is applied to describe the current state of the selected entity. The mapped state of organization is analyzed by using the PEMM model, which is then evaluated. In the conclusion, the recommendations for the selected organization are deduced.en
