dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje modelování podnikových procesů ve společnosti AG Experts s.r.o. (Carglass?) a následně navrhnutí její základních metrik. Peter Drucker říkal: "Když něco nemůžete změřit, nemůžete to ani řídit". Proto je nutnost měřit výkonnost a efektivnost procesů probíhajících uvnitř podniku. Pozornost je zaměřena na logistické procesy zpracování zakázky výměny/opravy autoskel. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zpracování procesní mapy logistických procesů ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnutí základních metrik namodelovaných procesů. Teoretická část představuje stručný přehled dané problematiky vypracovaný na základě odborné literatury. Pro zpracování praktické části bude použita metodika Aris s využitím programu Aris Architekt. Procesní mapa společnosti bude zpracována z různých úhlů pohledu s využitím potřebných diagramů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is devoted to the business process modelling at the AG Experts, Ltd company (Carglass?) and further suggestion of its basic metrics. Peter Drucker once said: "If you can't measure it, you can't manage it." That's why it's essential to measure productivity and effectivity of the processes which are going on in a company. The attention is focused on the logistics processes of order handling for the car glass replacement or restoration. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to handle the process map of the logistics processes in the selected company and to suggest basic metrics of the modelled processes. The theoretical part comprises a brief overview of the present topic, that was elaborated basing on specialized literature. The Aris method by means of the Aris Architect program is utilized in order to develop the practical part. The company's process map is handled from different perspectives with the help of necessary diagrams.en
