Na začátku je nastíněna obecná úprava manželského majetkového práva dle občanského zákoníku. Poté se autor zabývá již konkrétně postihováním majetku spadajícího do společného jmění manželů a výlučného majetku manžela povinného při provádění exekuce přikázáním pohledávky z účtu manžela povinného, přičemž je rovněž vysvětleno postavení manžela povinného v exekučním řízení. | cs |
