dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na jednu z klíčových personálních činností, tedy na proces orientace a adaptace nových zaměstnanců v podniku. Práce je strukturovaná do čtyř hlavních částí, které se dělí do dílčích kapitol. První část stručně charakterizuje řízení lidských zdrojů a podrobněji popisuje proces orientace a adaptace a jeho propojení s ostatními personálními činnostmi. Ve druhé části je představen podnik, ve kterém je proces orientace a adaptace analyzován. Třetí část popisuje proces orientace a adaptace v podniku prostřednictvím strukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníkových šetření. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení procesu a postupy k jejich realizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on one of key personnel activities - the process of orientation and adaptation of new employees in a company. The thesis is divided into four main parts which are composed of chapters. In the first part, there is a brief characteristic of human resource management and it describes the process of orientation and adaptation in detail and its connection to other personnel activities. The second part introduces the company where the process of orientation and adaptation has been analysed. The third part describes the process of orientation and adaptation by way of a structured interview and questionnaire surveys. The last part suggests measures to improve the process and explains procedures to implement these measures.en
