| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Analýza interní komunikace ve vybrané organizaci. Na teoretický rámec práce navazuje samotná analýza interní komunikace, která byla provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření na vybraných odděleních firmy Škoda Electric. Celkem bylo dotázáno 78 zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy pro zlepšení problematických oblastí, které vyplynuly z analýzy. Tato doporučení a návrhy se týkají proškolení vedoucích pracovníků o tématech vedení porad a empatické a asertivní komunikace. Dále se opatření týká zavedení stand-up meetingů, evidence termínů a úkolů a zavedení nového systému, který umožňuje dostupnost všech potřebných informací na jednom místě. Jedná se o ERP systém, který slouží k plánování podnikových zdrojů, centralizované správě dat, přehlednějšímu plánování a kontrole. Hlavním účelem ERP technologií je zjednodušit činnosti organizací a podnikatelských subjektů a umožnit efektivnější sledování všech procesů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic Analysis of internal communication in a selected organization. The theoretical framework of the thesis is followed by the actual analysis of internal communication, which was carried out through a questionnaire survey in selected departments of Škoda Electric. A total of 78 employees were interviewed. In the conclusion, recommendations and suggestions for improvement of problem areas that emerged from the analysis are presented. These recommendations and suggestions relate to the training of managers on the topics of meeting management and empathetic and assertive communication. The measures also concern the introduction of stand-up meetings, the recording of deadlines and tasks and the introduction of and the introduction of a new system that makes all the necessary information available in one place. This is an ERP system for enterprise resource planning, centralised data management, clearer planning and control. The main purpose of ERP technology is to simplify the activities of organizations and business entities and enable more efficient monitoring of all processes. | en |
