dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním sociálního klimatu společnosti AGRIO Moderní zemědělské služby s.r.o. jako faktoru podmiňujícího její výkonnost. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku společnosti a formulaci jejího strategického plánu. Za pomoci metodiky Balanced Scorecard jsou stanoveny dílčí úkoly pro sledování a řízení strategických cílů společnosti. V další části práce je definován pojem sociální klima a stanoveny hlavní rysy žádoucího sociálního klimatu podporujícího strategické záměry společnosti. Na základě těchto předpokladů je v podniku proveden průzkum sociálního klimatu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výstupy průzkumu poukazují na silné a slabé stránky vnímaného sociálního klimatu. Po vyhodnocení průzkumu jsou blíže specifikovány a shrnuty stimulační faktory z oblasti sociálního klimatu společnosti. V závěrečné kapitole je navržen projekt zaměřený na podporu žádoucího sociálního klimatu přispívající k naplnění stanovených strategických cílů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted thesis deals with the research of social climate of the company AGRIO Moderní zemědělské služby s.r.o. as a factor determining its performance. The first part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of the company and the formulation of the strategic plan. Using Balanced Scorecard methodology individual tasks for monitoring and managing company's strategic goals are being set. The other part of the thesis defines the concept of social climate and sets out the main features of required social climate which supports strategic intentions of the company. Based on these assumptions the social climate survey is conducted in the company by using questionnaires. Survey outcomes point out the company's social climate strengths and weaknesses. Evaluation of the survey more closely specifies and summarizes stimulating factors of the climate. The final part designs the project focused on the support of required social climate contributing to the strategic goals accomplishment.en
