dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na jednu z personálních činností, a to na proces orientace a adaptace nových zaměstnanců v podniku. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části jsou popsány personální činnosti, zejména proces orientace a adaptace. Tato část je provedena na základě studia odborné literatury. V druhé části je představena konkrétní společnost, ve které se bude proces orientace a adaptace analyzovat. V třetí části je popsán a zhodnocen proces orientace a adaptace a ve čtvrté části jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření ke zlepšení adaptačního procesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis describes one of the personnel activities - the process of orientation and adaptation of new employees in the company. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the personnel activities especially the process of orientation and adaptation. This part is based on the study of literature. The second part includes a company presentation in which the process of orientation and adaptation will be analysed. In the third part, the process of orientation and adaptation is described and evaluated. And in the last part are presented suggestions for improvement of the adaptation in the company.en
