| dc.description.abstract | Článek je zacílen na poskytováním zdravotních služeb s přeshraničním prvkem. Bližší pozornost je věnována přeshraniční spolupráci v oblasti zdravotnické záchranné služby v česko-německém příhraničí. Právní úprava v této oblasti byla významným způsobem modifikována spolu s přijetím Rámcové smlouvu mezi Českou republikou a Spolkovou republikou Německo o přeshraniční spolupráci v oblasti zdravotnické záchranné služby. Tato smlouva je zacílena posílení a zefektivnění spolupráce při poskytování urgentní přednemocniční péče. Článek se vedle vstupního vymezení problematiky zaměřuje zejména na problematiku tzv. překládání pacientů na hranicích a na možnost volby pacienta v mezi poskytovateli zdravotnické záchranné služby, resp. navazujícími poskytovateli akutní lůžkové péče. Problematika bude blíže nastíněna zejména z pohledu působení české zdravotnické záchranné služby. Ve všech případech se přitom jedná o postupy, které budí dlouhodobý zájem odborné i laické veřejnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The article is aimed at providing health services with a cross-border element. Closer attention is paid to cross-border cooperation in the field of emergency medical services on the Czech-German border. The legal regulation in this area was significantly modified together with the adoption of the Framework Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany on cross-border cooperation in the field of emergency medical services. This agreement is aimed at strengthening and streamlining cooperation in the provision of urgent pre-hospital care. In addition to the initial definition of the issue, the article focuses mainly on the issue of so-called transfer of patients at the border and on the possibility of choosing a patient among the providers of emergency medical services, respectively downstream providers of acute inpatient care. The issue will be outlined in more detail, especially from the perspective of the Czech emergency medical service. In all cases, these are procedures that arouse the long-term interest of the professional and lay public. | en |
