dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci je definován pojem migrace, která s tématem adaptace úzce souvisí. Dále je charakterizován výraz "dítě s odlišným mateřským jazykem" a k tomu se vztahující termín bilingvismus. V kontextu cílové skupiny práce je vymezena školská legislativa. Práce se také zabývá specifiky vývoje dítěte v předškolním období, zejména oblastí komunikačních kompetencí a emočním a sociálním vývojem. V závěru je popsán adaptační proces u dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem v prostředí mateřské školy a s tím spojená interkulturní senzitivita a kulturní šok. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části bylo analyzovat, jak učitelé a rodiče hodnotí průběh adaptačního procesu dětí cizinců na prostředí vybraných mateřských škol Plzeňského kraje. Další cílem bylo zjistit, jaké hlavní faktory tento proces ovlivňují. Dílčím cílem bylo zhodnotit komunikaci a vzájemné přístupy mezi učiteli a rodiči ve vztahu k adaptaci dítěte s odlišným mateřským jazykem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is defined by the concept of migration, which closely adaptation theme related. It is also characterized by the term "child with a different mother tongue" and to the related term bilingualism. In the context of the target group work is defined by school legislation. The work also deals with the specifics of child development in the preschool period, especially the areas of communication skills and emotional and social development. The conclusion is described adaptation process in children with a different mother tongue in the kindergarten environment and the associated intercultural sensitivity and culture shock. The main objective of the research was to analyze how teachers and parents evaluate the progress of the adaptation process of foreign children to the environment selected kindergartens Pilsen region. Another objective was to identify the main factors influencing this process. A secondary aim was to assess communication and access between teachers and parents in relation to the adaptation of the childwith a different mother tongue.en
