dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce jsou ?Typy konfliktů a jejich příčiny ve firmě?. Je to téma v dnešní době velice aktuální, a to nejen ve firmě, ale i v osobním životě. S konflikty se setkává každý člověk, proto je dobré, když je umí řešit nebo se snaží naučit je řešit. Pro vypracování práce jsem zvolila společnost Severočeské doly a.s., která vznikla 1.ledna 1994. Je to největší hnědouhelná těžební společnost v České republice. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat výskyt konfliktů ve společnosti a následně navrhnout vhodná řešení, která by pomohla snížit výskyt konfliktů. Pro tuto analýza jsem zvolila dotazníkové šetření. Zaměřila jsem se jen na určitou skupinu zaměstnanců, v tomto případě na nejnižší stupeň THP. Jako možné návrhy řešení pro snížení výskytu konfliktů ve společnosti jsem zvolila zlepšení komunikace, školení zaměstnanců a team building.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on ? Types of conflicts and their causes in the organization ?. We can consider this topic as a current theme nowadays, not only in a company but in personal life as well. Disputes are part of our everyday life and we should learn how to deal with them. In my thesis I have chosen company Severočeské doly a.s. to demonstrate and analyse conflicts which incurred in the corporation. This company was set up on January 1, 1994 and it is the biggest brown coal mining company in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis was analysing occurrence of conflicts in corporation and afterwards I suggested appropriate solutions which could decrease an out breaking of disputes. I used questionnaire to evolve analyse. I have focused on specific group of employees, in this case it means I concentrated on the lowest level of technical and economic worker. I came up with several solutions to reduce conflicts. These solutions include improving communication within employees, training of them and team building.en
