dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o problematice obhajoby a práva na spravedlivý proces. Cílem této práce bylo zdůraznit důležitost těchto základních lidských práv. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí.V první části diplomové práce je shrnuta charakteristika práva na spravedlivý proces.Druhá kapitola pojednává o spravedlivém procesu a tzv. neopominutelných důkazech. Třetí kapitola se zabývá právem na obhajobu a spravedlivým procesem. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na materiální a formální obhajobu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with problems of the defense and the right to a fair trial.The aim of this thesis was to point out the importance of these fundamental human rights. The thesis is divided into four parts. There is summarized the characteristic right to a fair trial in the first part of the diploma thesis. The second part pointed out the a fair trial and indispensable evidence.The third part deals with the right of the defense and fair trial.The last part is focused on material defense and formal defense.en
