dc.description.abstractPráce zkoumá a reflektuje rozdílné možnosti narace fotografického a filmového média prostřednictvím inscenované fotografie. Fotografie a film jsou na první pohled blízké obory, zásadně se ale odlišují ve výrazových prostředcích. Jedním z důsledků je tak diametrálně odlišná schopnost vyprávění. Práce také konfrontuje podobu současné narativní fotografie a definuje její charakteristiky. Prostřednictvím fotografické publikace s názvem "Things left unsaid" pak aplikuje způsoby filmového vyprávění a záběrové skladby na skladbu fotografického souboru a definuje přednosti a limity obou médií.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSubject of this thesis is to explore and reflect the differences in narrative in photography and film. Film and photography appear to be closely related, however, they differ greatly in form of their means of expression. This results in their diametrically opposed abilities of storytelling. The thesis also confronts manners of contemporary narrative photography and defines its character. Means of expression and shot composition rules used in film were applied directly to creation of a photography series in form of the photobook named "Things left unsaid". This helps to define virtues and limits of each media.en
