dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá oblastí věcných práv v občanském zákoníku. Pojednává o jejich historickém vývoji se zaměřením na jednotlivé právní předpisy. Vymezení a charakteristika věcných práv je v práci prováděna zejména jejich odlišením od práv obligačních, přičemž jsou zohledněny i případy, kdy se tato práva překrývají a rozdíl mezi nimi nemusí být zcela zřejmý. Dále se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku jednotlivých věcněprávních institutů. V závěru práce je pojednáno o katastru nemovitostí, neboť se jedná o veřejný seznam neoddělitelně spjatý s oblastí věcných práv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the area of rights in rem in the Civil Code. The introduction of the thesis focuses on the historical development of rights in rem, especially on the content and scope of rights in rem in the various codifications. The rights in rem are defined and characterized by the differentiation between rights in rem and rights in obligations, but in the thesis there are also examples where these rights appear similar. Next chapters are about individual institutes of the rights in rem. The last chapter of the thesis is about the land register, because it is a public register which is strongly connected with the rights in rem.en
