dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma: "Analýza efektivnosti podnikových výrobních procesů" popisuje a hodnotí výrobní procesy společnosti. V první řadě analyzuje efektivitu jednotlivých procesů a v závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných údajů uvedeny návrhy, která by vedla k zvýšení efektivity výroby. Společnost OKNOTHERM, spol. s. r. o., která se zabývá výrobou plastových oken má více jak dvacetiletou tradici. Na současném trhu si společnost udržuje silnou pozici díky široké obchodní síti a kvalitě prodávaných výrobků. V bakalářské práci jsou také popsány metody používané k optimalizaci výrobních procesů společnosti. Zkoumaný podnik je charakterizován od jeho založení do současnosti a je zde uveden i výsledek hospodaření v posledních letech. Další část práce je věnována finanční analýze společnosti. Cílem finanční analýzy je udělat rozbor finanční situace firmy, najít a využít silné stránky firmy a zároveň napravit slabiny firmy. V poslední části práce byla provedena na základě pozorování a konzultací SWOT analýza. Díky tomu je možné komplexně vyhodnotit fungování firmy, nalézt problémy nebo nové možnosti růstu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis with the topic: "An analysis of the efficiency of corporate production processes" describes and evaluates production processes of a particular company. Firstly, the efficiency of the individual processes is analysed and in the conclusion of the work there are suggestions based on the discovered results, which could lead to an increase in the productive efficiency. The company OKNOTHERM, Ltd., which deals with production of plastic windows, has been active in this industry for more then twenty years already. The company maintains a strong position on the current market due to a broad business network and the quality of products it sells. In this bachelor's thesis, methods are also described, which are used for optimisation of corporate production processes. The explored company is characterised since its founding until now and the economic results from the last five years are included as well. Another part of the work is focused on the financial analysis of the company. The aim of the financial analysis is to explore the financial situation of the company, to find and take advantage of the company's strengths and at the same time to remedy the weaknesses. A SWOT analysis was performed in the last part of the work on the basis of observation and consultations. Due to this fact it is possible to comprehensively evaluate the operation of the company, to find out problems or new possibilities of growth.en
