dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice právní úpravy rybářství v České republice. V práci je popsán pojem rybářského práva, jeho historie a zařazení. Následně práce systematicky pojednává o právní úpravě rybářského práva v České republice a dále srovnává relevantní ustanovení s konkrétní národní právní úpravou. Diplomová práce také pojednává o rybářské stráži jako orgánu státní správy rybářství, deliktní odpovědnosti na úseku rybářství a institucionálním zabezpečení rybářství v České republice. V práci se autor téměř výlučně zaměřuje na české právní předpisy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis disccus the issue of the legal regulation of fishery. It describes the concept of the regulation of fishery, the history and inclusion this theme. Subsequently, the thesis deals systematically with the legal regulation of fishing rights in the Czech Republic and also compares relevant provisions with specific national legislation. The diploma thesis also deals with the fishery guard as a public authority of fishery, liability in tort in the field of fisheries and institutional provision of fishery in the Czech Republic. In the work, the author focuses almost exclusively on Czech legislation.en
