Jejím cílem je komplexně seznámit s danou problematikou a přiblížit fungování notáře a jeho činnosti. Práce je rozdělena na 3 hlavní kapitoly, které jsou obsahově rozděleny na historický kontext a vývoj této profese v průběhu let, úloha a postavení notáře v právním řádu ČR a činnost notáře v konkrétních činnostech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis describes the issue of the position of notary in the legal order of the Czech Republic. Its aim is to comprehensively acquaint with the given issue and to introduce notaries and its activities. The work is divided into 3 main chapters, which are divided into content on the historical context and development of this profession over the years, the role and position of notaries in the Czech legal system and the activities of notaries in specific activities.en
