This paper presents a comprehensive review of current literature on innovative trends in talent management, with a focus on how these approaches contribute to enhanced organizational performance. In particular, it examines the integration of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies into talent management strategies, exploring their impact on recruitment, development, and retention processes. The review highlights how businesses that adopt innovative talent management practices can gain a competitive edge, improving both efficiency and effectiveness in managing human capital. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing these innovative practices, particularly in the context of rapidly changing market dynamics. By synthesizing key findings from existing studies, this paper aims to provide a valuable resource for human resources and researchers interested in the intersection of innovation and talent management. The insights derived from this review emphasize the necessity of adopting forward-thinking strategies to meet the demands of the modern workforce and underscore the critical role of talent management in driving economic success. | en |
