Autorka úvodem nahlíží do historie těchto trestných činů za účelem popsání jejich geneze. Následně se již zaměřuje na jednotlivé formy úmyslných usmrcení a tyto srovnává s nizozemskou právní úpravou. Práci autorka zakončuje rozvedením problematiky eutanázie.cs
