dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o stanovení hodnoty společnosti AMATI - Denak s.r.o., a to na základě jejího strategického plánu rozvoje. V první části byl podnik představen, a bylo stanoveno poslání a vize na predikované období (2019 až 2021). V části druhé byly identifikovány strategické cíle společnosti. Třetí část diplomové práce patří analýze externího a interního prostředí daného podniku. Čtvrtá část práce obsahuje SWOT analýzu, kde jsme zmapovali na jedné straně silné a slabé stránky společnosti a na straně druhé její příležitosti a hrozby. Dále je stanoven finanční plán pro predikované roky, který obsahuje plánovanou Rozvahu, plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztráty a plánované Cash-flow. Tento finanční plán je dále rozpracován na rizikové faktory, které ho ovlivňují. Pro stanovení hodnoty společnosti byly vybrány výnosové metody, konkrétně pak metoda přidané hodnoty a metoda volného peněžního toku pro věřitele a akcionáře. V závěru diplomové práce dochází k porovnání výsledků a zhodnocení očekávané hodnoty podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with determining the value of the company AMATI- Denak s.r.o., based on its strategic development plan. In the first part, the company was introduced, and the mission and vision for the predicted period (2019 to 2021) were determined. In the second part, the strategic goals of the company were identified. The third part of the thesis belongs to the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The fourth part of the work contains a SWOT analysis, where we mapped on the one hand the strengths and weaknesses of the company and on the other hand its opportunities and threats. Furthermore, a financial plan for the predicted years is set, which includes the planned Balance Sheet, the planned profit and loss statement and the planned cash flow. This financial plan is further developed into risk factors that affect it. To determine the value of the company, revenue methods were selected, namely the value-added method and the free cash flow method for creditors and shareholders. At the end of the diploma thesis there is a comparison of results and evaluation of the expected value of the company.en
