dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nových trendů v oblasti sociálního podnikání. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy "sociální podnikání" a "sociální ekonomika" a popsána jejich historie i současný stav v České republice a v Evropě. Dále jsou analyzovány různé modely a přístupy k sociálnímu podnikání. Praktická část práce se zabývá identifikací a popisem nových trendů v sociálním podnikání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of new trends in the field of social entrepreneurship. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms "social entrepreneurship" and "social economy" and describes their history and current state in the Czech Republic and Europe. Furthermore, different models and approaches to social entrepreneurship are analysed. The practical part of the thesis deals with the identification and description of new trends in social entrepreneurship.en
