dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou stavu změnového řízení ve společnosti ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s. Na základě vytvořené analýzy jsou ve spolupráci s vedením společnosti navrhnuty zásahy do aktuálního stavu procesů a na závěr je vyhodnocen přínos revize změnového řízení. Optimalizace vybraného podnikového procesu je zpracována s využitím softwarové podpory nástroje ARIS a metodiky BPMN. První část práce je věnována společnosti ŠMT a.s. a jejím produktům. Další část je věnovaná analýze současného stavu, kterou následují jednotlivé kroky optimalizace. Výsledný nově navržený stav je pak vyhodnocen nejen finančními, ale také nefinančními benefity. Celou práci pak uzavírá implementace nového řešení do každodenního chodu společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis describes analysis of state of change management in ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s. company. Based on the analysis created together with company management interventions in the current process were proposed. The benefits of this process redesign are evaluated. The optimization of the chosen process is carried out using ARIS tool and BPMN process modelling. First part of the thesis focuses on the ŠMT a.s. products and company structure followed by analysis of current state and later description of the individual optimization steps. The benefits of the newly designed changes are evaluated for financial and other factors. The final step in this work is implementation of the new change in everyday life of the company.en
